Through cooperative agreements between agencies I am able to help you purchase any home listed with other agencies.

I charge no Buyer’s Fees for representing you. I have a contractual arrangement for compensation with Bob Parks Realty, who is paid through a cooperative agreement with the Listing Agency.

For Sale By Owner (FSBO)

I am able to help you purchase FSBO homes as long as the Seller is willing to pay Bob Parks Realty a 3% commission on the sale of their home.
